Several county-wide organizations recently sponsored an 8-hour course on Disney’s Approach to Quality Service. The course is designed to teach customer service representatives how to better serve their clientele and make their business more productive and profitable. Two Disney employees spoke to the 150 in attendance about how to treat customers in a helpful and friendly manner and how to individually serve the customer’s needs. The Sullivan County Visitors Assn., Sullivan County Chamber and SUNY Sullivan sponsored the event at Seelig Theatre in Loch Sheldrake.
